Using Library Workstations:

• Computers are for the support of instruction.
• Currently enrolled Cabrillo students need to get a network username and password every semester.
• Non-student and community member's use is limited to no more than three stations (if available) at a time, for one hour per day.
• Passwords for non-students are provided by the Reference Librarian

Using Word Processing in the Library:

• 37 laptops are available for 2 hour checkout at the Circulation Desk.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is installed on the laptops.
• Currently, printing is not available directly from the laptops
• Printing is accomplished by transfering documents to a flash drive and using the express printing stations near the Reference Desk.
• Printing help is provided by the Reference Librarian.
