Wireless access at Cabrillo library

In Fall 2004 the library building was set up with wireless access to the Internet. This access was provided by the Student Senate as a service to Cabrillo students. Use of the four initial wireless "hot spots" (the 900 building Cafeteria, the quadrangle, the amphitheater and the library) is available to students who purchase the Student Activity Card from the Student Affairs office. Students with wireless access will be able to use the library's online fulltext database subscriptions without having to input their barcode number.

The student activity card costs $8.00 per semester and can be purchased in room 902
