Hint -- Using a large search engine such as Google, type in your search terms, using quotation marks to keep words in phrases together. It's a good bet that on the Web page you're looking for, the word crime will be next to the word statistics, etc.

There are, obviously other approaches to doing this. You may have the URL for the Santa Cruz Police Department memorized or bookmarked, and you could click through to the statistics that way. However, it's nice to know that you can use a large search engine, if you have to, to get to specific files on a fairly large Web site.
