- Turn power on with on/off switch on right side of machine.
- Push green button by film spindle to raise loading assembly cover.
- Put film on spindle, with film going clockwise. Push reel firmly to make sure it is all the way back on spindle.
- Feed 1-2 inches of film into lime green film track.
- Lower loading assembly cover, & snap shut.
- Push the Load/Rew button. The film should automatically advance to beginning of text.
- To move forward or backward on film, turn the large knob labeled Rev/Fwd either clockwise or counterclockwise.
- To move film slowly, turn knob about one quarter turn.
- To move film quickly, turn knob about one half turn.
- To scan to top or bottom of page, slide lever by film spool (under the word “scan”) left or right.
- To rotate film image, rotate round knob directly below screen.
